Hand and Stone

I wanted 50 minutes of time to rest and really relax during my recent massage. I did not want to hear my massage therapist talking about her family constantly. When I changed the subject to a specific area of my body that was bothering me I think she got the message. Next time I will make it known up front that I want to relax completely during my massage and not talk.

The massage technique didn’t end up working for my tightness. I tried something new, and it was only a temporary effect

My regular therapist is Aria, but she is on maternity leave so I am trying different therapist to see if I can find one I like as much as Aria. The therapist from this visit was nice and not bad, but her technique is not what I'm looking for. I have scheduled another appt with a different therapist to see how that one goes. I am not unhappy, just trying different people. Just waiting for Aria to come back.

Would like to have a 90 min massage made available on weekends.

There is always room for improvement;

Only problem I had was the rescheduling back to back. And if I wasn’t able to make it to the new time I got put to I would still got charged even if it wasn’t my fault! My appointment went from 6pm to 6:30 to 7pm.. I wouldn’t usually mind but I had plans so it bothered me.

Had to repeatedly tell the therapist to ease up on the pressure. He also yawned many many times during my session. Felt the same movement to massage as well. He didn’t vary his technique very much at all.

My massage time seems to never be a complete hour. It normally last 50 mins.

I was satisfied, but I did come another time and felt more relaxed when I finished. I would have liked to discuss my skin issues a little more, but I should have asked more questions. My skin does look much better today, but after the appt it did not. I think I had just had a little better experience previously is why I put satisfied rather than highly satisfied.
