There was a little more talking during the massage than I would like. I appreciate the therapist's concern about the pressure she was giving but I just wanted to relax during a quiet and calming massage.

The lady was very nice but I had been looking forward to my 90 min massage for a week and when I got there she talked the entire time. She was very nice but I really wanted to relax and not have to carry on conversation. She told me her job gets lonely because people don’t want to talk and therefore I felt obligated to talk.

I did not enjoy the technique the therapist used in massage. He tended to rub over and over the same area rather than use his thumbs and palms to work the tender spots. Again, I think it is a matter of technique that is individual to each therapist. I'm sure there are others who would like this way of approach.

This visit was fine. First time with this lady. But good pressure. Focused on my area of need and good time keeping. There does seem to be more turnover in staff so have to change masseurs to often. Just when you find someone that is good. Good being; Knows my areas of concern Knows my preferred pressure Ensures I get the full 50 minutes massage. Previous complaints about how short the session was is something I am always anxious about now. But the staff have always listened to my concerns and have been very attentive in making it right.

There’s no problem being satisfied with having to be highly satisfied. I’d leave that to a 5 star spa. But for the price - I’m satisfied

During facial with Mary she was repeatedly coughing and did not have a mask on.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at H&S. The only thing with my last visit was that my facialist was very chatty. I would have preferred to enjoy my relaxation time and have the ultimate attention on the service being done.

Booking through the website is very frustrating: as a member I should be able to log in on the start page or even stay logged in. Instead I first have to find my location, then try to book and then log in...??!!?? I should be able to see with the second click how many credits I have, then be able to book either starting from the availability of a certain therapist or from the time I want to be massaged and also be able to see my history. Nothing available like that! You have to review your booking procedure!

I was satisfied with the services but it was not exceptional. The facility was nice and I would visit again but nothing out of the ordinary. The message was very basic and not worth the money.
