I checked the box for medium pressure but I received light pressure. She asked me if the pressure was ok and I asáis that she could be firmer but was not. Maybe I didn’t do a good job of communicating myself.

I don’t feel like the value for the facial was worth 3 packages. It also included an additional charge for my lips which is part of my face. For $110 extra, I expected more. The entire facial worth 3 packages took less than 1 hour. Maybe I’m not sure what to expect during a facial, but I don’t feel like I got a great value for the services rendered.

The receptionist was a little pushy about why we did not qant to be members. I know that is her job but I was there as a gift.

I prefer lotions used to be warm

I did not enjoy the massage experience. The therapist lacked skills and variety of techniques. He did the same thing the entire time. I pulled my neck and told him but he did not try to help me at all.

Nothing stood out to be amazing or not. The only reason I won't refer a friend is how expensive it is.

I’ve had a facial and I was expecting more black head extractions. I don’t think it was enough. So, for the same reason, I think it was a little pricey.

I was disappointed my esthetician was not trained in the dermal infusion facial- it is the treatment I wanted. She actually suggested micro dermabrasion for my sensitive skin

My facial was ok , use a good machine however I am use to strack manually black heads or any pimples you have in mine she just used machine But was ok
