I did an ad on and thought that there would be more time for that. There was time Spent on my ad on that I would rather have had spent on my trigger areas

I had a great experience getting my facial. My only complaint is that she was not qualified or trained to use the derma injection? They should have told me when I booked because that is my regular service.

My 3pm massage started at 308pm and ended at 352pm. I specifically said my neck, shoulders and hips were sore. Out the gates she recommended lifestyle changes. She did not massage my glutes, which were so pressure filed and the main reason for hip issues. I got a full body massage even though I specifically stated I was there to relieve pain and pointed out where the pain was. My legs and calves and feet and scalp were fine but time was spent there. It just felt like she went through a very impersonal routine checking off boxes in her head as she went. Then it ended very early. I had to wait ten minutes for my wife because hers actually went the full time. I also wish I was told in the beginning by reception how tipping worked and that I could tip at checkout.

Overall I am satisfied with H&S. I am disappointed about the increase in cost even as a member. And I stress if my hr message ends up less than 50 min. I also prefer that hands remain constant and fluid in contact. As opposed to stopping and doing something that has nothing to do with massage. I’ve been getting reacquainted with the m.therapists since Covid . Generally, I’ve been happy.

Massage was not memorable.

When you come out of a relaxing massage, we should not be hit up in an aggressive manor to buy a membership. Just a thought, present that option prior to going in. Then after the massage, may be in a better mood or mindset to buy one without the aggressive tactics. Being grilled like I was kind of ruined the relaxation. Felt like I was at a used car lot.

I thought that the Gal gave me the facial was fantastic and would recommend her to my friends. I just do not do facials as often, thus, me not going as often.

The massage therapist was great, friendly, pressure was good. The massage didn’t seem as fluid as usual - kind of choppy in the transition from one area to the next - if that makes sense

It’s just I really like this place. I’m super busy and can’t make it every month i’ am lucky I get to have it done every 6 months. So I wish the cost wasn’t so high 109.00 is allot for an 50 minutes message. I truly do enjoy it just wish it would be a little less.
