Prices are too high compared to competitors. Service is good, but I can find better massages for less in other places.

She explained everything to me and I appreciate that.

I was very disappointed with being told if I reschedule do to a covid scare for the next day I would be charged a cancelation fee. Very rude. Also asked that I speak to a manager upon my arrival of the appointment I kept instead of helping a family with 5 covid members, so I would be be charged. That lady was gone and no one had knowledge of me wanting speak to the manager on the phone. Very disappointed and if Mary didn't work there I would cancel, since the one and only massage I have had with my membetship was TERRIBLE. Mary's facials are great.

Kept doing the same motion with her hands, going on same areas over and over again. She seemed not sure what else to do.

The staff, reception area and massage room were great! Very friendly service and I felt very welcomed. My massage was not relaxing. The therapist was very nice, I just didn’t enjoy the massage at all. It was very rough, and kind of all over the place. I didn’t feel any relief in my areas of concern. I felt rushed and as if the therapist was just performing the service to move on to the next.

I have an expectation of good service. To receive a highly satisfied rating is not something that I rate very often.

Even with a gift card, the services were more pricy than I was wanting to spend, but I know in the long run it will be money well spent. I just hope I see results!

I was disappointed that the therapist I've been using the last few years left H&S. Even though I was pleased with the "new" therapist-- I was disappointed to learn she only works one day per week.

being a Shiatsu practitioner since 30 years I can tell where the mind of the person touching me is. Touch is very personal and some have it and some don't. This one did not have it for me. He might for others. He massaged ok but not significantly. I had better ones which unfortunately are not working there any more....

I thought a deep massage was part of a regular massage if requested. I was told it would be extra, so I just did the regular massage
