Did not like all the fee associated with transferring a massage to my husband who helps pay for my membership.

Seems like my massage was not really finished and rushed at the end. More of a 40 minutes massage than an hour massage. My facial seemed hurried too. I paid over $300 but did not feel like what I would expect from a $300 facial. It felt like it was 30 minutes. With the complete cost which included tips was $415 dollars for maybe an hour worth of actual services that felt very rushed so to get to the next customer. I could go to a day spa for this same amount and even have a relaxing room in between services with hot tea and some cold cucumbers for my eyes.

The 50 min massages are never 50 mins, typically 40 to 45. I feel I can get a full hour massage (which is what is advertised) other places for the same cost. I also feel like when declining "add-ons", it is disappointing the therapist.

I could be wrong, but aren't thigh muscles a part of the deep tissue massage? My knees, calves & get were massaged, but not thighs. I just thought it was odd.

The experience was wonderful and I am going back. But as I lay on the table, I looked up and saw incredibly dusty vents that had dust floating down while a/c was on.

It only lasted 35 mins. 12.15-12.39 on back. Turned over and she stopped at 12.50

We usually use The Woodlands location, they were booked so we tried the next closest location.

I was pregnant and sore so I wanted more pressure and time spent on back and feet but I didn’t get that

The salt stones are way too expensive. The massage therapist areas the need to be worked on...like inside thigh

I told the aesthetician that I booked a facial due to the fact that there are no massage appointments available, and thought I would just use it as a relaxing time. I told her to look at my skin and do what she thought was needed after she asked me what kind of facial I wanted. I was a bit surprised when I finished the facial and went to the lobby to pay, that my facial required three of my monthly contract payments. I would have liked to been notified prior to her doing the extra add-ons, that the procedures required extra payments. I may still have allowed her to do them, but I would just like to have been told upfront. It was not communicated properly.
