Her hands were cold and the lotion wasnt as warm as other visits. She was new so maybe this feedback will help her. I experienced severe leg cramps and she did not offer to massage my legs. She had a certain agenda that she wasnt willing to change to help my cramps.

The place was really nice and shooting, but when I was getting my very first facial, she got soap in my eye, and when I informed her she just put a wet rag on my eye, it didn’t feel any better afterwards

I had a 43 minute massage, it should have been a 50 min massage.

Thought I was getting a one hour massage, turned out to be 15 minutes

I wished they would of told me that i was paying $99.95 for the visit and $40 for whatever product they used on me. Overall i would of have spend $100 in other places using the same products at no other cost.

It was a good massage, and a nice place. I wasn’t dissatisfied, it just did not blow me away. The one thing that I would have preferred with a thicker sheet over my body. It felt like it was see through.

I am a cancer patient currently receiving chemotherapy. I wish I could have had other products that would help the aging of my skin caused from blocking estrogen (part of my treatment). These drugs have aged my skin and I'm wanting to reverse this process as much as possible. I was hoping to see more difference right away. This may not be feasible or realistic.

I was just more nervous because I saw a different therapist other than the one I have been seeing for the past 18 months

It was a highly relaxing environment. I don't normally get facials, so I had no idea what to expect. All of my questions were answered with enthusiasm and patience. I will have to come back later in the day next time. I would be more relaxed if I did not have the rest of the day ahead of me after my facial.

Massage therapist was good. She just needs to work on her approach to the massage. She starts very aggressive.
