Overall, I was pleased with the atmosphere and staff. However, being pushed into membership after trying to relax during a service is not ideal. I’d rather hear about that prior to service. I also didn’t feel like my therapist was particularly happy to have me there.

Was not informed of calling ahead to come into building. Was not informed that the prices were higher because I had a gift card. I was not charged the price I scheduled for, when I asked why I was told it was because I used a gift card.

It was fine . I didn’t care for the room , other rooms were dimmer . I would have liked a candle and lights lower . That is just me .

I am very satisfied with the facility, the staff and the therapists. I am not satisfied with the availability of appointments. I pay every month for my membership and it is very difficult to get an appointment that meets my schedule.

Pressure was applied to an area that I didn’t feel was needed, but I was told that there was tightness in the left side that was causing my right side to feel tight. I didn’t sleep well that night and I’m still sore the next day.

Always love the massages especially now knowing what to ask for in my particular situation. I had 5 packages saved since September 2020 and used each one during this visit.

The esthetician talked way too much-especially during the pandemic

The receptionist went overboard in saying the massage was all about me. I wrote and said that I wanted focus on neck and shoulders; Reyna spent too long on my middle back, especially the left side (not balanced). When I told her that something hurt, she said it was light pressure (“I’m only pressing this hard” showing me on my arm). I had not had a massage in years, and I am very stressed and tense. I told her all that. By the time I left I had a headache. Reyna also said I was really sensitive. And, you should provide water in sealed bottles, not open cups - there’s a pandemic.

The whole time spent at Hand & Stone was a constant up sell approach. Sometimes people just want to treat themselves to a relaxing facial & not have someone continuously try to up sell you mask/products/packages. Inside the room and also when checking out, it was an up sell approach. It’s too pushy.

Over all great experience. Great staff, very professional. I had a massage and facial same day. I preferred the facial. Her massage techniques and less of hard pressure, I enjoyed a little bit more. But over all good experience.
