There is a fine line between enough pressure to release tension but gentle enough to relax. That’s very tough to dial in perfectly. It takes me not long to get undressed so they waste minutes not coming back soon enough yet they always seem to stop on time.

Would’ve liked mildly more pressure with my massage. Would’ve liked extra products, like hot stones, to be priced better

I do not care for the hard sell after my facial experience and with questions like “what is holding you back”.

Everything was great! The only thing I would mention was the speed of my massage therapist. After having many massages, I have found that I like a slower pace with deep pressure. It was still a great massage and the therapist was very nice the whole time!

I enjoyed my massage therapist, he did a great job, it just wasn't the BEST massage I have ever had. By no means a bad one, just not so over the top amazing. But I was satisfied with my visit enough to sign up for a membership

To me highly satisfied is a very high bar. I have zero complaints. A few things exceeded expectations, but for the most part it is what I expect

I feel the service level I received was really good . Nothing was over the top but it was good customer service .

The esthetician is knowledgeable but pushy about purchasing products and upgrades. I already pay $60 a month. It is uncomfortable to constantly tell them it is outside my budget to do more. She also acted as a dietician and proceeded to tell me about my sugar intake. Never mentioning how/if this was information about my weight or facial. It was a little rude.

Did not like being charged more money for services offered after on my back on the table. I went to save money to get a 60 dollar facial and left being charged 282 dollars. If I go for a service please talk to me before I am on table to charge 100 more dollars. And after tell me prices of products before placing them on the counter to purchase saying that counter person will tell you the price which was 60 and 39 so 99 more dollars. So 60 initial then 100 more for service added in facial then 99 more for products after. This was my first visit and only wanted to spend 60 dollars plus a tip.
