When other customers are 30 minutes late to their appointment yet w lecture to receive a 50 mi Ute service, it made my appointment start late.

satisfied. reception desk seemed rushed and did not give many times or options for scheduling next appointment. Massage therapist was fantastic.

I found out when I got their that a "sensitive skin" treatment was $20 more and one for my redness was $40 more! Why would you not offer products to help the specific skin type in a facial and not put generic on everyone. I was super unhappy about that.

Sometimes the schedule this cut off a few minutes

I was satisfied with my massage appointment. And would recommend to others. However since I came in for a severe problem area in my back, I will need additional visits to try and relieve that pain.

I was to have a 60 minute massage and only received 45 minutes

The oil smelled rancid. A bit of difficulty with communication.

I was satisfied. No complaints. Highly satisfied means above and beyond to me. My expectations were met.

They're very friendly and knowledge on what they was talking about.
