She did a good job.. I notion the time stops ten minutes early and we really don’t get started tell maybe 5 or ten minutes before So it only seems to be more like a 40 minute message. Happens most of the time I go.

Just didn’t feel like 50 minutes and very little time was spent on my problem areas and massage was very very gentle not enough pressure , I was afraid to ask for more pressure because I didn’t want a painful massage and didn’t want to seem picky or naggy

Always seem to be running late. Appears that appointments are booked too closely. Also, enhanced services don’t seem to flow well.

The elastic headband I was supplied for the facial was too tight and gave me a headache. The other thing that would be really nice would be a quiet relaxation area. When I come for a spa visit, part of the experience is the calm relaxation, in addition to the services themselves

I tried to make my appointments online so I could get points. The schedule only allowed services up until 3 pm. I called and talked to the receptionist and she said it was wrong I was able to book 2 appointments over the phone. One for 7 pm and the other for 7:30 pm. Yet I was not given points for those appointments. Since it was not my fault the online scheduling was incorrect I believe I should have been given points for booking my appointments. It actually took twice as long since I went online AND called. The receptionist only said it should be working next time

It’s a great place and well kept . I don’t think not being highly satisfied is a bad thing . I would give it A standards .

When I get a massage I like it when they use their hands. I have got three massage there and they use more of there forearm and elbow. And I tell them were the knots are at and I leave not satisfied.

I wish it was easier to book online.

The massage wasn’t what I expected

Highly is over and above the expectations set by myself based on past experience. Due to the overwhelming care and treatment I received on my last visit I set the standard height and they where met on all levels. Tina is very knowledgeable and warming. Thanks for the Awsome service.
