There seems to be a high turn over in receptionists. The wait time to check in and out is longer & do not seem to know procedures.

There was nothing wrong. The receptionists were Very Nice. The Therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. I have nothing negative to say about my experience.

I already paid $60 for the membership for a "one hour" appointment, and yet the facial cost was an upsell to address more than a basic cleanse and moisturize. But mostly I'm deeply disappointed that the massage therapists are not allowed to give proper full massages... my hamstrings and quads are never addressed because it's against policy. Also, there's an upcharge to massaging scalp? silly.

Check out took too long. May have been a new employee but she did not seem to know how to complete the transaction

I really needed someone with a little more pressure, my girl was tiny. I feel it would have been a more relaxing to have someone with good pressure. I like medium to medium-firm pressure and it felt under medium. However, my tiny masseuse was so sweet and really tried to make me feel relaxed. She did nothing wrong, I just needed someone with more pressure.

The room I was in was miserably hot. The massage therapist had a fan on high in the room, but it was still very uncomfortable. She moved the fan closer to the table, and I was finally able to cool off. The reception area was warm too, but not nearly as hot as the room. It was also very busy and noisy when I got there. It is usually quiet, and the relaxation begins the moment you walk in the door. That didn’t happen this time. BUT, my massage therapist was wonderful (I’ll definitely ask for her again), and the receptionists were sweet and welcoming.

It was a nice experience. My first facial and it felt like the up selling began immediately. I wanted to experience a facial before I spend additional money on something I don’t know if I need or want. I just became a member and I don’t need to be up sold quite yet

Therapist spent most time on neck and shoulders. Mentioned other areas that needed addressing
