It would be nice to have aroma therapy as part of the package

It’s a good place. I just don’t think it’s a 5 star spa.

I booked a facial but the front desk sent me with someone who was a massage therapist. We went back to the front office and it was solved quickly.

Was delighted the facility was able to accommodate my circumstance. Was not delighted that my massage was 10 minutes late to start but ended “on time”. The therapist was very good... booked too closely as usual.

There are small enhancements I feel Hand & Stone can make. - Small container to place jewelry in the treatment rooms - The esthetician provided product recommendations, but did not show the price. I ended up not purchasing due to the price. - I do wish the waiting area for a treatment was a bit more private.

Receptionist was brand new. Not prepared to take gift card purchase over phone. Had to keep putting me on hold. Just needs additional training before put on phones.

I think that the cost is too high.

My skin was somewhat inflamed before my facial. Afterwards it was severely inflamed. I may be reacting to one of the products used.

This was my first time with this particular massage therapist, no real complaints but just wasn't as great of an experience as I've had with others. I've had three different therapists for my last three visits and they have all been good but still far a bit short of what I experienced with my previous regular therapist. I thinks its a style thing. I had gotten very comfortable with my previous regular therapist style.

My therapist was nice enough, however his massage technique left something to be desired. I didn't feel relaxed once massage was over, if anything my back hurt afterwards. Which it didnt hurt prior. He didnt massage the top of my legs or my feet. I was just disappointed more then anything with massage. I will give it another try with different therapist next time. My husband said both times he went,he had a good massage I hope this will not be shared with therapist - i would feel uncomfortable coming in again.
