excellent service, welcoming and good atmosphere. Music was appropriate.

The checkout process was confusing. The receptionist’s effort was great, but it seemed confusing for her.

Room was too bright. Should cover eyes (or offer to) when client turns face up on massage table. Should add relaxing aromas to room—the sheets smelled weird. Not dirty, just odd.

I wanted a deeper tissue massage but was told no due to previous cancer history. She did good considering. This was a gift and I would come back but it is not in my budget. I don't think it is work $100. I know you have various plans but I woudnt be able to do it once a month and adding even $60/month to my budget is a stretch.

Appt not on time and sometimes massage is short of 50 minutes

I received a massage therapist who was not able to apply as much pressure as I would have liked!

Massage was “OK” ... got hand & foot paraffin add ons and that apparently negated the massage of my arms. Just wasn’t what I expected.

My face is red and irritated today. That has never happened to me before and I have had sever facials at this facility

It was my first visit and I have been to wonderful places before. I don't want to offer a highly satisfied until I have been going a few times.
