Riann continues to be the aesthetician that i request because of her knowledge base, friendly demeanor and overall experience she provides. I have enjoyed every session with her thus far. Please treat her well and keep her on staff, I really look forward to my next session and she is a major part of the reason why.

Always a welcoming staff in the reception area. Awesome massage therapist, Lauren. And massage was so great, I took a 2 hour nap afterward!

The desk staff is super friendly, the therapist and clinicians seem well trained, the facility is super clean-everytime. Kingwood is lucky to have such an awesome spa.

The receptionist is always extremely nice and helpful. My massage therapist, Wandie, is excellent! Love her! The coconut water is my favorite, I bought a bottle of flavoring.

Moxie was excellent! Pressure was perfect and she address all my issues.

Alma was great , she was very welcoming. She was able to talk to me without disturbing the relaxation. Also, I thought she gave the full time which I don’t feel others do! I do wish she would have massaged my neck and shoulders while the mask was on! I will definitely ask for Alma again!
