On time service. Staff all friendly, appropriately dressed, and efficient. I loved that I was given robe and bag to use to get to second service room. When I had two services pre-pandemic, I had to get dressed to move to a different room to then undress again. New procedure with a robe HUGE improvement.

Mary was very professional, listened to my concerns/goal for the session, and then made recommendations after looking at my skin. She explained what she was going to do and why. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I'll definitely be seeing her again. I always have a great experience at this location with all the estheticians.
