staff are efficient, polite, knowledgeable and i felt confortable being there..

The front reception staff are very friendly and professional. My only comment would be I would like to be told that as well as the sheets being clean and are changed. What about the removable head rest. ?How do I know if the cover on the head rest is changed out every customer ?

I had been picking up Dermalogica products at Ulta on my own and wasn't satisfied. Leila looked at the products I had and told me which ones I should or should not be using. That was a big help! She was very professional. She introduced me to the new Clarity products which felt so soothing. I was so comfortable and realized what I had been missing by ignoring my facials. I made another appointment for next month.

I like the ambience of the entrance area and the friendliness of the staff help right away to get into a relaxing feeling. My skin feels great after treatment.

Overall the experience was a pleasant one. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly, no one tried to be a "salesperson". I very much hate when associates spend their time trying to sell products i don't want or need. It becomes awkward. I appreciate these employees being able to read the room and leave me alone about products. It's one of the main reasons I will be back.

I appreciate that my aesthetician consulted with my message therapist ahead of time so that she was aware of my needs and health issues. Also, she walked me through the facial process and informed me of products being used. She was professional, and it was a pleasant experience!

The front desk staff is very efficient, warm and welcoming. Mary is a fabulous esthetician. I see several different massage therapists. I am a fan!
