I was called prior to my appointment to let me know that my regular massage therapist had an emergency and was not available for the appointment but another therapist would provide the service. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment time but the therapist was late arriving. The receptionist did everything she could to make me comfortable while I waited and offered a service enhancement for the inconveniece. Even though the appointment started late the therapist was pleasant and provided good service so overall it was a good appointment.

It was a very good massage

Abby was great with relieving the tension in my neck and between my shoulders. She is a professional. I booked an appointment form my husband she was that good.

I felt as if this massage, and my overall experience were above and beyond my wishes and my needs. Ultimately I came in for pain relief from the scoliosis that ails me in my lumbar and my thoracic areas, but it turned into a treatment of my muscles that unfortunately are in constant overuse and stay knotted up due to my condition. There was pain, but then there was relief. And for the first time in several weeks, when I walked out of this establishment I was standing up tall with my shoulders drawn back. This is why I was Highly Satisfied with my time at Hand and Stone.
