Hand and Stone

I am always glad that my appointments are on time. The receptionists are friendly and efficient. The massage therapists are well trained and attentive. I have been a member of Hand and Stone for several years and have not been disappointed.

My esthetician was so friendly and she educated me a lot about my skin. She gave me some valuable information for taking care of my skin and I will definitely ask for her again.

I really like the people. My therapist just seems to know the right spot to focus on without me telling her. She is amazing. I am almost asleep when she tells me we are done. I am completely relaxed.

I am always greeted by name by the staff. My massage therapist is fantastic. She is very skilled at helping relieve my pains while still providing a relaxing experience.

I haven’t had a facial in years. I wasn’t sure what to expect. It turned out to be a most pleasant and relaxing experience.

The receptionist were absolutely amazing. They were very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. They also thoroughly explained the membership package that I purchased that day. My massage therapist was very good as well. He focused on what I told him were my areas of concern and made sure that I was doing okay during my session.

Therapist listened to specific requests and areas of need and focus. Checked on pressure once started which I appreciated. Receptionist was very nice!
