Hand and Stone

My experience was relaxing and I felt comfortable the whole time. Layla did my facial and she was very thorough and made sure I was enjoying the experience. She told me about the products she was using and was very knowledgeable but didn’t try to sell me everything. Perfect amount of pressure for the neck and shoulder massage and my foot massage was great. Overall great experience.

Being a Shiatsu teacher and massage therapist myself I am very particular about how and who is working on me. The times I was not satisfied in earlier months I was taken care of. I also find it important that the receptionists know which therapist is good in what and that I get someone aware and experienced but not in a routine when I ask for such.

The ladies answering the phone are always friendly and helpful. The massage therapist i had yesterday (Charisma) was extremely nice and capable. She was friendly without being intrusive and took my lead on the level of conversation vs. quiet time. She asked questions about painful areas and did a great job on the massage. I'll request her again!

I love that from the second I entered the building I felt welcomed, and felt that they were very cautious about keeping social distance. Maria made me feel very welcomed. I love that she explained everything as we went through the session.

I wish the massages were at least 55 min with therapist keeping hands on continuously but so far everyone is very nice and accommodating.

My massage therapist used the perfect amount of pressure during my massage and frequently checked to make sure the pressure was good. The Massage therapist wore a mask he whole time so i felt safe. This was a very satisfying experience

The esthetician and the masseuse where both very professional and friendly. I left feeling very refreshed and content. I will definitely be going back when i’m in the area.
