The selection, purchase,and in-store service went well. I purchased a clip that was affixed to the bracelet by the sales associate. I discovered that it was missing later in the afternoon. It was found within the house but I was surprised it unclasped so easily. Is this customary?

Overall, great experience! One down fall was the wait. It took about 10-15 min on the waitlist to get assistance and purchase the gift.

Customer service was great. Wait was 30 minutes to be with an associate which was not too bad. Store was clean and everything seemed to be in place. Quick and easy visit.

There were a few employees and the asst mgr was training a new employee. The other employees never offered to help me as they saw I was waiting. The asst mgr and trainee were assisting another customer. When it came my turn the mgr and trainee were extremely helpful, very friendly and patient while I was making decisions on what to purchase.

It could have been because they didn't ask any questions. Such as are you looking for anything in particular. Or letting me know about any new, sale or clearance items.
