A lot of charms had already been bought. It was hard to find exactly what I had in mine. I was able to talk to an associate and find something that was perfect for the person I was buying it for

I was not highly satisfied due to the wait but it is understandable because of covid. Overall, I was satisfied with who helped me out choose my charm for my bracelet. The wait was a bit of pain but worth it.

Out of stock on charms I was looking for. Now having to drive another 1/2 hour to a different store to get them.

I had to wait for a long time to get assistance.There were other 2 associates that will walk passing by but wouldn’t help.

Ease of return. Friendly staff that helped me however only two employees and had to stand in line for thirty minutes

It just took a while to be assisted. But it was for a good reason since they had to practice safe covid practices. Other than that it was a great experience.

It was so busy and had to wait outside in the cold but that was ok because what going know in our world and it’s understandable
