Hillary was very nice and friendly however my bad experience was with the first sales person, she was not in a mood to help and instead gave me the catalog for me to look at charms etc, she was not friendly from the beginning and emphasized on items not been at 50 percent off when I never asked for discount items, I wasn’t even aware you had a special going on, she was rude and mean. I had to ask for another sales person and I’m glad I did because Hillary was friendly and offered me different options and I ended up spending 487 dollars . Thank you to Hillary!

Pandora Algonquin, IL is not properly displaying a promo for first responders, nurses, military. I had only seen it tucked into the back corner of the display case where the promo faces the employees not the customers. Very difficult for customers to see and I made a large purchase a few days prior and I would have liked to have used the discount. Associates didn’t not want to honor the discount on my previous purchase which was just a few days prior. Will not return and will be returning my purchase.

You could clearly tell the associates were stressed because it was a smaller pandora and there was only two of them and only so many people were allowed in the store and there was a line plus phone calls going off.I felt really bad but they did a great job. I just wish they were a little friendlier because it was my partner's first experience there and the lady who worked with us was too stressed to be able to be friendly. I would still go back to this store, but not during Covid.

The reason as to why I wasn’t highly satisfied with my Pandora experience was only due to the wait. I thought the promotion going on was great took advantage of that. I just thought the store could’ve fit more people at a time since it is somewhat spacious. The staff was also great and friendly.

The lock on my bracelet was broken and it could not be fixed or replaced at no charge. I had to purchase a new bracelet. This is the second time the bracelet broke but it broke in two different places.
