I really liked the selection, the sales woman seemed mildly rushed but I was there like an hour before close so I get it. I exchanged one I bought a few days earlier for a better size and bought two other rings I had liked.

I was so used to receiving bottle of water in your stores so I didn’t bring my own. My friend is taking a medicine and we were counting on it. I don’t know why was this courtesy water discontinued, to be honest I don’t see any safety reasons due to the pandemic. I had to walk to the neighboring restaurants to get some water because they don’t have any stores near by.Please reconsider. Stay safe and healthy.

I had a bracket break that was given at Valentine’s Day (only worn once)and they would not let me exchange even with a receipt. Did not return so quickly because of closed store with Covid situation.

Very nice sale assistant. She even told a customer to please keep there distance when they got to close to me. I appreciate that very much.

The rings in the size I was seeking were extremely limited in size and selection. I purchased a ring for a different finger but returned it a few days later because the stones on the shank irritated the neighboring fingers. Waiting two weeks for a refund seems unnecessary considering i used a debit card. Lovely jewelry though.

There was just a lack of associates to help people. besides that, I had a great experience. there was a lengthy wait time however
