No fault to the sales people, but they only had 4 computers to use to check out customers with 8 sales people and this was on Black Friday. Not acceptable.

Everything was fine. I was satisfied with my experience. It was a routine purchase therefore to say something was "exceptional" when nothing out of the ordinary was required seems an overstatement.

The associate that helped me was very nice. She was also very knowledgeable about the Pandora product. I had questions and she answered them thoroughly. I was also looking for a product my mom had described and wasn’t exactly sure what I was trying to find but the associate knew exactly what it was just based on my description. She gave me information and was very patient with the time I needed to look at the products. Love my Pandora products!

Highly satisfied means exceptional. My experience was good, not exceptional. Pricing could be more affordable.
