I came in for the free jewelry box promotion with a $125 purchase and they didn’t even get the boxes in the store yet. (Last time, I purchased during the promotion and they were out of the boxes already). I can’t win and it’s not the stores fault! How do you run a promotion and not even have the product in the stores available when you start it? Poor coordination on corporates part; very disappointed!

I was satisfied. The clerk was cordial but not overly so. While my questions were answered I was not encouraged in what I call a "friendly" way to perhaps pursue other purchases. I showed an interest in some other items (other than what I had come in to purchase) but there was more an interest in wrapping up the sale than in continuing to provide information. All was okay, but maybe could have been a bit better.

I was mostly satisfied with my experience. The only trouble I had was the ring I was given was missing a gem that I noticed after purchasing. My sales associate was incredibly helpful and let me exchange for a new ring.

As a new Pandora customer I don't want to put Highly Satisfied on anything until I know that I am! That I am Satisfied at this time is pretty good. The shop and the people who helped me were Super! I will return!

There is a Jared store directly in front of this stores location. I was led to believe that it was one in the same when in fact it is not.
