I am disappointed that the associates did not explain to me the return/exchange policy. They allowed me to believe that something purchased online could be returned at the store (they didn't tell me that, they just didn't tell me that it couldn't be done when I told them that is what I was planning to do on my next visit).

During the Holidays, it's understandable that the store will be very busy. I went into the Algonquin Commons store on Wednesday, December 27,2107, they were extremely busy. As I entered, no one acknowledged me or noticed when I left 10mins later. I came back 30mins later, it was still busy. I stayed in the store another 5 mins to see if someone would take my name. I was disappointed that yet again no one acknowledged me. I did more shopping in another store and came back, it was still busy. Fortunately this time the young girl immediately took my name and said it would be 10 - 15 min. If not for my daughter leaving that weekend, I would not have come into Pandora 3times. As I mentioned, I know it was busy and the Holidays, but always greet your customers. Always acknowledge their presence.

I felt as though the prices were too high. I paid about $120 for a bracelet chain and only one charm. Another thing was that the December birthday charm was out of stock, which was what I had been looking for. Other than these things, everything else was great.

Pandora used to offer a better variety of solid sterling silver and two-tone charms with a lot of different styles, shapes, and textures. Charms had more details, and showed dimension and character with oxidation. Now, everything is the same, bright, round, open-work and blingy with pave CZ. Everything is rhe same shape, size, and sparkly style. This is frustrating when trying to design a bracelet with classic style which wouldn't look gaudy or like it were from Claire's. I also miss the natural semi-precious stones which have almost all been replaced with CZ's. The sales consuItants were very nice and friendly. I enjoyed working with your staff.

The sale bracelets were not displayed and I paid full price when there were many sale options online.

I came in 30 mins prior to closing.. I asked if they are still accepting customers.. When they said they did, the associate the helped me unfortunately made me feel that she is “disinterested “.. other associates were all smiling and ready to assist others.. She made me feel that i was a “task”..

When I walked in none of the associates acknowledge my presence only 1 customer 3 associates free talking to eachother I had to ask if some one could help me

I have purchased several items and I feel if there is a problem with it shouldn't matter if its been a year it should not have a malfunction that cannot be attended to at the store. Now I have to call a number send in my item etc. etc. etc....

Ultimately I got what I wanted. My Sales associate look so unhappy to be at work it took so much of me to make conversation with her. Very unapproachable I figure if you don’t like your job don’t work there.
