Went in for a baby girl charm and the associate showed us boy ones. One of the mom charms that we were looking at was priced at $35 but really was $70. Nothing was said about the mistake. Just an apology. I work retail and if that was our mistake we would have given that price that was posted. Would have gotten both charms if the lower price was offered. Didn't say anything to associate about the difference. Kinda wanted to leave. Felt like she didn't listen to us. Looked like she really didn't want to be there.

An associate was being rude to a customer next to us. We spent over $300 on our purchase for my birthday and the associate threw all pieces in a single pouch to scratch together instead of separate pouches for each purchase and just gave me a receipt with no bag. I had to ask for a bag to put my purchase in. She barely showed us anything and tried to get us to buy specific pieces. We should have just left and we will never go back there.

Clerk was not interested in assisting with my selections & addressing my concern. Dismissive towards me & moved to another customer. Gave me misinformation that the charm I wanted was discontinued

Son purchase rose mom pendant for Christmas, wasn't told rose pendants tend to discolor. Had to repurchase the same charm in order to not disappoint my son's purchase.
