I waited in like outside the store. The sign posted said max capacity was 6 people, but even with 5 people I was to wait outside in the cold Chicago weather. When I finally got to go inside the sales associate invited 2 more people into the store to wait inside, but behind the roped off area. Why could them come inside when I had to wait outside? Why were they allowed to push the store over capacity, but I was not? As soon as I walked I. The associate helping me was very unfriendly. She gave the impression that I would not be buying anything when I was in fact there to make a large purchase. She seemed very bothered by assisting me, and not excited at all to be assisting a guest. I sure hope she didn’t make any commission off my sale because she did nothing at all except have a bad attitude, and seem like she would rather be anywhere other than helping me. Overall I felt very unwelcome and not valued as a customer

We had to wait in line in the cold. At the time their were 5 customers and 4 employees. When 3 customers left the store and they only let two in. Employees were inside talking with each other with no sense of urgency.

There was room to wait inside instead of the cold and still be 6 feet apart from the few in the store that we’re being serviced. Also there was no urgency on the staff to get us out of the cold in line to take care of us. There was a 4th employee who should of been waiting on us not headed to the back room. She should of allowed us the corner of inside store to keep warm. I was not impressed and the service was very slow. Your policies and steps your employees are following make it such a slow long drawn out process to see something up front. Size should not matter yet I may not even like it. Let us see it!!!! Plus it was crazy how the gal was looking for the charm in the store yet I asked the price first. Why look for something I may not even want! You don’t answer the questions without it being your way which wasted a lot of my evening. Very annoyed and disappointed.

The sale associate Sarah was very rushed in assisting me. She said gift receipts weren’t available. She put all of the items in one box. I was gifting 3 items, so then I asked to to separate items and boxed them. She then said she had no time because their was more customers waiting.

I originally went to exchange a ring because the stone fell out. I was not aware of what or what not the year guarantee included. I just knew I had time to exchange because it’s been less than a year. The manager was rude when I didn’t approach rudely. She gave me a whole speech but rude telling me they can only do it that one time. She was just not the best associate Maybe because I wasn’t buying anything at the time but I should still not be talked to rudely.

The sales rep did not know your product. We specifically wanted 6 bright or hot pink crystals to go the sides of the 3 regular charms we bought and this girl had no clue. I opened the book and had to ask her to see if they had this or that. I got too frustrated and we decided to get just the regular charms. When we headed to the cash register there were the perfect match sitting there in a tray marked going fast. By that time she had us rung up. The people at Jareds at least know their product and can always offer up suggestions. Not your staff!

Sales associate was not knowledgeable about the available merchandise in my size. Misinformed me of a product I was interested in purchasing and the wait was too long.
