First of all when I got to the store nobody greeted me. They were busy but everyone else who came after me was greeted. I waited 10 minutes for someone to acnowledge my presence. Also they did not have what I wanted at that time so I ended up buying something totally different

I was extremely satisfied with my visit and the sales rep was very very nice and helpful. I fit came up I was not satisfied that was a mistake as I was most impressed with service and help. These are for gifts and I hope they will be well received.

got a moon ring was very excited waited over an hour to get in and I had to come back and wait another hour to return the ring because it turned my finger green!!

There was supposed to be only 6 people in the store, the lady that was in charge of letting people in had 6 employees in the store and at the time I walked up 5 customers in the store, or 4 groups and two were waiting outside, not including my fiance and I. It was 37 degrees and raining out. One customer left, so one went in. Then a second customer left with her spouce and the last one in front of us went in. I didnt understsn why we couldnt go in as there was only 4 customers in the store but she made us wait. My fiance got too cold and wet so she went to sit in the car. After 8 more minutes another person left and the lady came to the door and said what could she pull to get it ready for me. She left me outside for another 5 minutes before letting me in to make my purchase. By this time I had been standing outside in the cold and rain for over 20 minutes. When she talked to me she knew I had come from Woodstock because I had called the store just after 6 pm to make sure they had what I was looking for and would still be open when I got there.

I used the online order option to pickup in the Algonquin location. I called right when they opened to confirm the order was received and was told it could take several hours before the order gets to the store to fulfill. Since the first response left me feeling uneasy, I called the store again just to confirm before I headed there to pickup, and the associate said the order still had not pushed through. She explained that this is a new system and for some reason, there is a disconnect between online ordering for in store pickup and the store actually receiving the order, due to a payment clearance issue. She offered to pull the items for me and do curbside pickup, and one of the charms I selected could not be found, so she recommended a similar charm. She resolved this for me, so I’m thankful she took care of my order. As we speak, I am waiting for the money to get credited back to me since it had to be canceled. Final thoughts: if the online ordering system is not working properly, please disable it to avoid further customer service issues.
