Theresa was very helpful with helping me pick both a charm and a bracelet. She was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. She put my whole bracelet together that gave me the look I was going for.

I went in to get a ring checked if I could size down or replace it. They don't size them but they do replace them. It was replaced at no cost
