The store has a lot on display and it's easy to see. I just didn't like having to wait for an associate but once she was available she was delightful. (I think they may have been on a lunch break in the backroom)

Astrid was amazing! I just went to return a ring I got as duplicate on an online order and ended up buying 3 more rings, q bracelet and 3 charms! Astrid personalized my experience , made me feel welcome and set up my bracelet so that I fell in love with it.
