I was greeted promptly and ushered into the store. Payton was my sales associate and she was so friendly and helpful. I had an item to return and an online order to pick up and she handled both. I also wound up buying the Christmas ornament and charm. We laughed because through the plexiglass and masks I had some communication breakdown but it all worked out great and I couldn't be more pleased.
