Our sales associate took the time and went through everything from what the bracelet would look like the different kinds to how to clean the band.

I was assisted by a young lady named Karelia who was friendly and very helpful. She showed me the American bald eagle bead I was interested in and on my request showed me what was retiring soon as I was hoping to get any of the shine honey bee charms before they disappear. Through out the sale she was informative and very helpful.
