Was not able to go into the store at this time due to the pandemic. Curb side pickup worked great with advanced phone orders. Wish I could've gone into a store to look at other items. Can not really answer to before question regarding music in store, but survey does not let you proceed until all questions answered. Assuming music was ok just as it has been on other visits.

Stephanie was extremely helpful and patient with me while taking my phone order. She was able to find all the charms I wanted to purchase which made me extremely happy. She explained exactly how the curbside pickup would work which was great because I had never done one before. Stephanie really made the whole process so simple.
