The larger cross charm not available at store. Associate called 2 other stores and will have it delivered to store so I can pick up. Respectful and understanding of my limited schedule.

I was highly satisfied because they were patient on what I was looking for. The associate was very generous on showing me clips for my bracelet. And she gave a lot of knowledge about Pandora.
