Sales associate was very friendly

For my birthday I received a charm. Unfortunatley, i don't own a braclet but i exchanged it for the most beautiful silver earrings. I had seen them on a coworker and they looked beautiful. It was my forst time ever in the store and i saw about a zillion other things that i want to purchase for and my daughters in the near future. The prices are reasonable and the store itself was so cute!

My sales associate Denise was very friendly and very helpful. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted and she helped me find everything and more, I'm very pleased.

I was greeted by Lisa as soon as I walked in the store. Lisa was very helpful and found the earrings that I found on the internet. I also looked at another pair of earrings in the case and she took them out for me to see. She wrapped the earrings that I bought for my granddaughter's 16th birthday. Thank you Lisa.

I found two charms that meet what I am looking for based on what is happening in our lives that will be perfect for the bracelet.

Extremely helpful Sales Associate I believe her name was Yuri. She boxed and wrapped my purchase so that I could easily ship it to my friend as her gift. She also directed me to the discontinued/discounted charms to see if I was interested in purchasing any of those. Her helpfulness made a huge impact on where I will purchase any future items.
