I have a full Pandora bracelet of my own, but was looking for a birthday gift for a friend. My friend has only recently begun to wear jewelry, so I wanted something simple that she could add to later, if she got bolder. The mesh bracelet with just on charm was perfect!

Sale Associate Hillary at store 0812 was very friendly and helpful. I was in the store to purchase products from the Essence line (sadly being discontinued) and Hillary was very knowledgeable.

The store is located conveniently near my home and I always feel welcome when I shop. The staff is friendly and good at making suggestions. I buy many of my personal gifts for family and friends here and its one of the first places I consider.

I have always experienced great customer service in all the Pandora store that I have visited since my first purchased four years ago. It appears to me that the staff are well-trained and understand the produces well.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales lady was very friendly and helpful. She was patient and very knowledgeable. Even when she had to leave me to assist a non English speaking customer she left me with someone just as helpful and friendly. I appreciate all the ladies I worked with while in the store.

The sales associate who waited on us was knowledgeable and friendly. I wanted to exchange a bracelet for a longer size which was bought in a different store and was past the return date. The manager determined the bracelet hadn’t been worn (which it hadn’t) and allowed me to exchange it. She explained it was a one-time exception which I completely understood. I thanked her again when leaving the store and she said she wanted me to be able to wear the bracelet and not have it stuck in a drawer any longer not being able to be worn. She was so nice and understanding.

We were taken care of by the store manager, Jennifer. She was extremely nice, took care of my return, very friendly. She was capable of doing many things at once, all with calmness and confidence. She sold me two more pieces, was helpful with advice as to where to put the charms on my bracelet. She cleaned my bracelet and even gift wrapped the gift I purchased...and they were starting to get busy. At no time did she make me feel rushed.
