The store manger was AMAZING! She helped us out and didn’t make us feel rushed. She knew exactly what she was talking about and helped us decide on the perfect bracelet for my mother in law! We will definitely be back and asking for her.

She was very friendly from the minute that i entered the store, which is something i strongly respect because a lot of times you are not even acknowledged now a days. She greeted me right away and helped me pick out two charms and showed me various bracelet options because i was looking to add onto my collection. Would definitely return. She was very sweet.

The Pandora experience was very relaxing and the salesperson was very friendly and knowledgable. Since the items I was looking for were being discontinued, there was not a lot to choose from. However, the salesperson did check for availability at other stores. I really like the Alqonquin Commons store. I have been at other Pandora stores that the sales people were not friendly, and I will not go back to those stores.

Locally convenient no need to go to mall

I called in advance to discuss what I was looking for. The sales associate pull a few items and had them ready when I came in.

I came to this store because I was looking for a specific charm and the store was located by another store I was using. The charm I wanted was no longer available but the associate knew what I was talking about and showed me 2 other similar options. She was very nice and helpful making my trip there quick and easy.

I am obsessed with my new pieces. I loved that it was quiet and there’s wasn’t a ton of people in this location. I’ve been to Pandora’s where there are lines to get in. This was so much nicer to shop in and I could hear myself think
