I went to return this to another Pandora - Deer Park, IL and was treated terrible. I left the store and took the broken bracelet to the Algonquin, IL one and had a fabulous experience. I also bought a new bracelet with charm and cleaning cloth. didn't want to give the first store the business.

The experience was great, the assistant manager was the one helping my sister and I and she was very knowledgeable. My sister left happy with her gift. I will definitely go back.

Whenever I come into that store I am greeted by the most friendly staff and management. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable :-)

The staff was very friendly and right away answered and questions or concerns. They also helped my son choose a gift for his girlfriend within his budget! Overall great experience!

Purchased 2 charms for 2 girlfriends to celebrate their 50th birthdays. Will be back in September to purchase more charms. The staff is always so pleasant and patient with all the charm selections to choose from.

This store was so friendly it was amazing Love the service it’s fast they don’t push you to buy they are so understanding love it I would definitely recommend it
