Jenny, the manager at the Algonquin commons store was so kinda and helpful with everything. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was happy leaving the store. She was patient with me, helped track down a ring from the woodfield location and is even bringing it back with her.

I love coming into this store because all the girls are so nice. I feel very welcomed every time I walk in even when they are super busy. Hilary is always very helpful and patient with me.

I opened up about another experience I had at Pandora in which the associates there at the Old Orchard location were not kind, friendly, or supportive. When I opened up to talk about this, Kayla T (the associate working) was validating and beyond kind and compassionate. She treated me with respect and made me feel valued as a customer despite being young (in which most other stores do not treat you with the same respect). I appreciated her kindness and will continue shopping at Pandora because of her great customer service. If I could thank her personally again I definitely would!
