MRS Rhiannon Was great customer service she helped me pick and gave me advice me advice what she thought which I asked for I asked for by the end of my transaction I was so grateful grateful and laugh very very happy

I had a gift card that didn’t have a balance and while one sales associate was working to resolve my gift card balance another sales associate was helping me choose charms for my bracelet. Everyone was very helpful

I had a received a gift card for Pandora from a friend but I really didn't know what to get. I had looked at items on line before going to the store location to get an idea of what I might get and the associate was able to find the items for me to look at. The associate said that I can take my time to look around, which was nice-no pressure. Plus, I had a charm bracelet with Pandora charms on it and some that were not Pandora charms. The associate was able to tell me which ones were Pandora charms and she cleaned them for me.

I was immediately greeted upon entering the store and my sales associate Samantha was friendly and knowledgeable.

The moment I walked in all associates that were arranging the charms, turned to greet us. Very friendly associates, first time at this location. Miles away but will go back due to the friendly service.
