I went to this Pandora location with my Mother and it was her first time. There were 2 Associates that provided us with outstanding customer service; Marissa B. and Rosalina. Both had friendly personalities and were helpful the entire time of our visit with selecting Pandora merchandise that fit mine and my mother's taste. I am also a Manager and recognize when there is a team who provides quality service and cares about their customers, and it was definitely evident at this specific Pandora location. I am glad I took my mother here to purchase her gifts for Mother's Day. Thank you!

It was very busy for mothers day, everything moved swiftly, lots of help and they had exactly what I was looking for.

the sales associate was very helpful. she answered all my questions making her very knowledgeable. the only problem is this store is out of stock of the original item that I go there for. so then I end up buying something else. this has happened to me three times now. It gets to be a little frustrating.

The sales girl was excellent. Very quick, professional and helpful. She recommended other pieces but was not pushy. She explained the different charms and how to care for everything.
