I continue to be impressed with the sales representatives in the Algonquin, IL, store. Every time I have been there I have received capable, friendly assistance. This visit was no exception. Noelle was helpful, cheerful, capable, and did everything possible to make sure I was able to make the right choices.

I had a broken stopper for my bracket and it had fallen off and when I went in they replaced it no problem and were super sweet helping me and my girlfriend looking at the selection of rings.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I never have any trouble locating merchandise within the store when I ask to see product.

The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable with the merchandise. She took the time to show us multiple charms. She told us about the promotion but was not pushy about selling product. We did meet the promotion and got $80.oo off our purchase. She took my bracelet back and cleaned it too. Highly satisfied with the customer service!!
