Costumer service has always been really good at this store. Many of the items were instock that I was looking for, if not they made it a point to look online for me and order it to be shipped to my address.

Initial greeting into store was welcoming. All 3 sales people were working together as a team to help me find a gift for my friend that was retiming. One of the sales people gave me an idea how to wear a double leather bracelet as a necklace with a charm I liked.

The quality of jewelry offered was wonderful and the staff was so friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had. I was very pleased with my visit & will definitely return to this specific store in the near future!

Came in for help with my bracelet. The associate was very friendly and if she needed some assistance she spoke with her manager. The manager came and greeted us plus answered some questions and was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. All in all this was a awesome store and we will come back again. We did buy one more charm even though we did not plan to do so. Thank you!!

I was greeted right when I walked in and told I would be helped shortly. I was helped within 5 minutes. Jennifer did a great job helping me with my purchase.
