Brought in a charm to be added to a bracelet. Was told about two other charms that were on sale which I then purchased. All of these were Disney. Then another individual helped me put my two bracelets together in the way that I wanted. Both people were awesome!

The store was very crowded and I had to wait my turn for assistance from the sales lady. But I was welcomed immediately when I entered the store and placed on a waiting list. The staff did a great job of making customers feel noticed and they were very helpful in taking care of everyone as quickly as they were able.

Hillary M No. 164837 is great. helped us out pick our charms and wrap them real nice for my wife's birthday. She was great!!!!..We always go to her when we go to the store.

Very nice associate. I just show her a picture and she already knew that she has only one left in stock. She knew her inventory well and she was very friendly. Another associate packed my gift very nice. I like that store.
