I was helped the second I came into the store. All I had to do was show pictures of the merchandise I wanted and I was given them almost instantly.

They had incredible customer service and they knew everything I had questions on. During my time there they helped me decide which ring I should get and even went as far as picked a few out I might like. Jillian was amazing

The Algonquin Illinois store immediately greeted me upon arrival. Sales associate was very helpful with my exchange and new purchase. She called over another associate/manager?To answer my question. Very satisfied with staff.
