I normally shop at the store in Geneva Commons in Geneva Illinois. I was in Algonquin for a dental appointment and decided to stop by the Algonquin Pandora to see if they had the Dreamcatcher charm that my regular store has been out of for some time. I was delighted to find that they had it! They got some from a store in Ohio. The associate was very knowledgeable and patient while I looked for other items. I was able to use my birthday coupon for this purchase.

I literally drive an extra half hour just to come to this Pandora cuz of the Staff especially Hillary M. I would love to have her as my employee she's absolutely amazing!!! Pandora is lucky to have her

I was so sad that one of my favorite bracelets broke,and I baught it last month. But I do not have my receipt with me. Luckily Marissa and Hillary were very helpful. They found my receipt and I was verey lucky they had my bracelet in stock and they did the exchange. Also I ended up buying a very pretty ring .
