My two daughters and I came in to pick up a few new charms. We were greeted by sales staff and they immediately began to listen to what we were looking for, as well as to offer assistance on adding charms to existing bracelets that we were all wearing. they were incredibly helpful, not pushy, and as we were the only customers in the store, we each had a sales person. Ended up getting a Pandora credit card, and spending about $400 (which was planned) and picked up cleaning kits as well. As the store got busier (very busy) we worked with one salesperson and she was amazing, just sorry I can't remember her name now! Will definitely be back to this store. Had shopped at Deer Park, but this store is much larger and feels more welcoming.

There were four customers when I arrived. I was greeted and told that someone would be with me shortly. I was able to browse while waiting. Associates were very knowledgeable of the products and super sweet!

The quality of the product is great. The sales associates were very helpful and patient. The selection of products was diverse.

I had a great experience at the Algonquin Pandora store. Very patient. I will go there next time. I was having beads transferred over to another bracelet. One of the beads, however would not come off the necklace. It seemed as if there was something wrong with the threading of the bead so it go not pass threw the bracelet itself. The sales staff also tried but could not. All the other beads transferred fine onto the new bracelet I was purchasing bracelet. The only way I can get that bead off is to break the bracelet. Even then I don’t know if it will fit the new bracelet I purchased. Is there anything you can do for me. Thank you. Florence Collado 8475330105

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and asked if I needed help. The salesperson was so helpful and answered all my questions. She offered suggestions and different options.

I always find what I’m looking for and there is a great selection. The store is clean and the staff is friendly

We came to Pandora to look for a mother's day gift. We were promptly greeted when entering the store, and were immediately put on the wait list for assistance. We were able to look around at different items while waiting. We were able to get what we wanted to buy immediately and check out quickly.

The girl Marissa who was helping us was beyond helpful. We were looking for a gift for our mom and had no clue about anything in the store. She was able to help us pick really cute pieces to make a great gift. Really enjoyed the experience and will be returning for more from this store in the future!
