Wonderful experience

When I first walked in, I was greeted and told that they would be with me momentarily. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products that are sold by Pandora. The associate also told me the best time to come in to have my jewelry cleaned is during the week, due to the fact that on weekends it can get quite busy.

The staff was really friendly and very helpful. Sheila was very friendly and knew a lot about the product. She also was amazing and gift wrapped the present I was getting.

The sales associate that helped me was awesome! She worked with me to find a bracelet and charms that really met my needs. Furthermore, she worked with another store to locate an item that they currently did not have an inventory. I had a very positive experience and I'm happy to tell others about it.

Jenny the store manager greeted me in person and was very helpful. I always enjoy going there--they remember me by name and are very friendly ! If they don't have a charm I am looking for they write it down and call me when available.

She was very creative in helping me to pick out beautiful charms for my bracelet coordinating with my existing charms. She was also very knowledgeable in what charms were available.
